Additional Relay Information


Arrival, Unloading and Parking

The field we will be using is behind the High School.  There are two entrances off of Eldridge Pkwy.  One entrance is for RELAY ONLY and one entrance is for BASEBALL ONLY.  Please click on the map links above to locate the entrance for Relay.  We will also have signs posted at the entrance you need to use.  There are separate areas for survivor unloading and team unloading as well as special parking for our survivors.  These areas are also shown on the maps above.  Volunteers will be at the unloading areas to help you take your items to your campsites!


Luminaria

Online Luminaria Sales will end at 9 p.m. Thursday April 24th.  You may purchase and create or drop off Luminaria at Relay in the Luminaria tent.


Silent Auction

Don't forget to visit our Silent Auction Tent!  We have a lot of great items this year!  Please note that the Silent Auction tent will close for the Luminaria ceremony at 8:45 p.m. and will re-open at 9:30 p.m.  The tent will officially close at 10:30 p.m. at which time you will be able to pay for and pick up the items you won.


What do I do If I have questions at Relay?

Seek out a blue shirt Committee Member or visit the registration tent.
