Join us for our next meeting on May 5 @ 6:00pm in the Houston County High Senior Cafe - There are all new ACS approved forms for 2014. Please do NOT use any old forms. Participants will need to register themselves online or complete a scan form.
Next Team Captain Rally is on May 5. Please collect and bring the Lifeline of Hope signs so they may be organized for display at Relay. This is a must meeting for every team having a camper/motorhome at their campsite. An official gate pass will be issued for the camper/motorhome. The $25 fairgrounds fee must be paid at the campground entrance gate and the camper/motorhome will be escorted by fairgrounds personnel to the Relay campsite.

Please submit the Onsite Fundraisers and Concessions form to Online Chair, Sue Arnett, at the May 5 meeting. Deadline for submission to the online chair is Bank Night on May 13 to be on the website and event handout.
Luminaria online orders will be disabled the morning of May 13.
Luminaria orders should be submitted by or at the May 5 meeting so the labels may be computer printed. Luminaria orders received after the May 5 meeting have the possibility of being handwritten.
The Lumininaria Tent at Relay will be set up to submit orders with handwritten labels!
The T-shirt deadline was Monday, March 31st to be assured the award of a 2014 Relay For Life commemorative T-Shirt for reaching the Rising Star milestone of raising $100 or more for Relay!
