Important Dates to Remember:
May 22st--Delivery of Little Caesar's Pizza Kits, to the Ext Office at 3:30
May 23rd--Round Up Night--Pick up your last minute Relay Instructions and T-shirts for the event.
Schedule at Relay:
Friday, May 31st
10AM--Teams can begin to set their tent sites.
3:30PM--On-Site Luminary Sales open.
4:30PM--Survivor Registration Opens, Luminary Torches to be placed on the track are due at the Luminary site (Away Concession stand), Silent Auction tent opens, accepting items for the the auction.
6:00PM--Opening Ceremonies, Survivor Lap, Kids Walk Registration Begins, Silent Auction opens, Onsite activities start at the team tentsites. Food, keepsakes, games, toys, awareness items, lap-tracker necklaces, beverages, snacks and more are available around the track! Teams also sign up for the Entertainment Challenge!
6:30PM--Bank Opens
7:00PM--KidsWalk begins. Onsite activities continue.
7:30PM--On site Luminary sales end.
8:30PM--Bank Closes.
9:00PM--Luminary Ceremony. All tentsite activity closes as we observe this very special ceremony.
10:30-- (or after Luminary Ceremony)--Bank opens, Silent Auction re-opens, Yesterday's Blues takes the stage.
11:30PM--Bank Closes
Midnight--Silent Auction Closes and Let the Entertainment begin!!!
Saturday Morning:
7:30 AM--Bank opens
8:00AM--Entertainment Challenge Wnner Announced.
9:00AM-- Bank Closes
10AM--Closing Ceremonies
The journey to end cancer starts with a single step. The American Cancer Society invites you to take that step with us by joining the global Relay For Life movement. When you walk to end cancer at a Relay event, it's your opportunity to not only honor cancer survivors and remember loved ones lost, but also to raise awareness about what we can do to stay well from cancer and raise money to help fuel the world's largest walk to end cancer.
