Team Schedule for T-SHIRT Night – June 18th

Please NOTE the time for your team…we will try our best to keep on schedule with things running smoothly.  (Please be patient.)  If everyone could be on time, this will definitely help!  If the Team Captain(s) cannot make the time/date, please have SOMEONE from the team come at the appointed time.  If NO one from your team can make this meeting time…please let me know BEFORE hand.  THANKS!

Be prepared…You will be picking your team site, turning in team money (please have your money in envelopes with your team name listed on it), turning in youth and chaperone agreements - if applicable, picking up T-shirts (from what was entered by the May deadline) and we will have Luminaria bags available.  If someone didn’t make the $100.00 minimum requirement for a t-shirt…they MAY NOT get a shirt.  Very few extra t-shirts were ordered.   Also, if you have Luminaria bags that you did not need/sell, please bring them back with you.

This is also the LAST chance for teams to be listed in the flyer day of Relay for on-site fundraisers.  Please make sure that we know you are doing a fundraiser on-site if you want your team to be included.

Remember the schedule is set up according to team registration.

The journey to end cancer starts with a single step. The American Cancer Society invites you to take that step with us by joining the global Relay For Life movement. When you walk to end cancer at a Relay event, it's your opportunity to not only honor cancer survivors and remember loved ones lost, but also to raise awareness about what we can do to stay well from cancer and raise money to help fuel the world's largest walk to end cancer.
