Tim Ryan, like many of you, was a good friend with Lynn Osborne, who lost her battle with cancer in February. Tim is taking part in the upcoming American Cancer Society event " Relay For Life " in Lynn's honor which is being held here locally at the West Seattle Stadium at the end of June.
Tim asked me if I could help him, by doing a little something, to get friends together, and help raise funds for his upcoming event. So, lets get together here at our place, better known as the " Garagemahal", and eat some BBQ food, share some stories, some music by Rod Moody, Pat Tunison, Joe Bauer, Glen Gagner, and maybe others, plus watch a movie outdoors on the big screen. Seems as if we have all known someone who has, had, or lost someone to cancer, so there is a deep level of understanding.

We'll keep it simple, and if there is something in particular you would like to bring, feel free to do so. So come down to Alki, and enjoy for a great cause. Donations for the relay can be made to Tim at the BBQ or at the link below.

This is a weather permitting evening, so if it looks like its going to be real wet, we'll think twice about the night :)
