Committee Calendar Fundraisers
T-Shirt Deadline June 10
Be aware the $100.00 per person (or team equivalent) fundraising money will need to be on the books by June 10 or your team members won't receive a T-shirt.
While we encourage each team member to raise at least $100.00, it's important that there is at least an amount on the books that's equal to the total number of team members. If you have 15 team members you need to have a minimum of $1500.00 on the books by the June 10 deadline for each team member to receive a T-shirt.
To ensure that you receive the correct size T-Shirt, it’s important that you check on the webpage that your T-Shirt size is correct.
Go to My Relay Dashboard>My Registration Info >Edit My Registration Info>Scroll to the T-Shirt box and conform size or change it>Click Submit> If an error message appears, just click the X in the upper corner of the edit box and your changes will be saved.
T-shirts will be handed out at our July team meeting prior to our Relay Event
Day of Relay
Begin thinking about the fundraising that you want for the day of relay. Remember, it’s first come, first served. The sooner you let Tammy know what you want to do the better. If you are going to sell food at relay, the deadline for food booth applications is June 28.
