Hi Everyone, I hope you have all recovered from our Relay.  I look forward to our team wrap-up meeting on May 21st.  Please save the date. The committee would like your feedback.  As your Relay chair, I just wanted to say to you ALL that I thought you did an OUTSTANDING job of loading into your campsites.  Never in our history of doing Relay has it gone as quickly or as smoothly.  Being downtown, I was nervous there would be a lot of glitches, but you all loaded in as if we had always had it there. Especially with the impending tornatic winds and rain, (which never came...and yes, I do believe our prayers for that were answered and all those that have gone before us were up in the heavens, holding back the rain and then the wind.That was a miracle in itself!)  I am so proud of all of the teams for their hard work and their interest and passion for Relay. I just wanted you to know that I and the committee appreciate all you did especially with the new location and how you helped us to make it a successful Relay.  I look forward to seeing you in May.

If you have not registered what your team will be doing for a fundraiser the night of Relay, it is imperative that you let me know immediately....Because we are relaying in the middle of downtown, the Bartow Fire Department has specific things we can and cannot cook and the methods we use......Also, we keep a list so that no more than two teams are doing the same...so, if we do not have you on the list, we may end up with many teams doing the same fundraiser....please, please respond to this email if you have not informed us as to your fundraiser.  Please contact Pat Calandros patty244@comcast.net or Pris Quina Sunrise1790@comcast.net
