Want to Take Home a Playhouse From Relay?

Habitat for Humanity of Silicon Valley has generously donated a playhouse to our Relay and we will be auctioning it off at the event with all proceeds benefitting the San Bruno Relay for Life. This Playhouse is valued at $2500 and we will be starting the bidding at $500. The bidding will run via silent auction before becoming a live auction and we will have the playhouse on display at the event. (Further details at the event)

Don Pico's generously hosted a fundraising day on Saturday, April 20th where 20% of the bill went directly to Relay. Thanks for supporting Relay for Life of San Bruno!

Thanks For Painting the Mall Purple!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped paint The Shops at Tanforan with all the Relay purple we could muster! And a big thanks to Yenis Dance Studio for performing "Purple Zumba" and really getting everyone fired up!

On Sunday, March 3rd, survivors of San Bruno's Relay for Life were treated to a delicious breakfast of pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, and starbucks coffee. We were glad to see all of the survivors enjoying themselves and look forward to seeing them at the Relay on April 27th! Special thanks to Melissa McNichol, our Survivor Chair, for organizing this successful breakfast!

We are especially grateful to have had Natalie McQueen, a Hero of Hope, come out and share her inspirational and uplifting story with the San Bruno Community.

We would also like to give special thanks to the Parkside Leos, San Bruno Lions, Yenis Dance Studio, and all of our community volunteers for making our KickOff the huge success it was!

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is a life-changing event that helps San Bruno community members celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Nearly everyone knows someone affected by cancer, and this is your chance to share your story and become an active force in the fight against cancer. Relay is a 24 hour event and is one of the most memorable events you will participate in to reflect upon the lives of those lost and support and celebrate those currently fighting their battle and those who have overcome cancer. 

Your reasons for getting involved in Relay For Life are as unique and special as the story that motivates you. Because of your support, we are creating a world with less cancer and more birthdays!
