The forecast is calling for isolated thunderstorms throughout the day today.  In the event that the weather becomes severe, we will seek shelter.  If it is only raining we will stay outdoors.

 Important Info for teams to know!!

• Tents must be weighed down with bags. No stakes are allowed in the tennis courts.
• Teams will be allowed to set up campsite in the tennis courts (tents, coolers, etc) between 6:30pm & 8:30pm. Only one care is allowed to drop off (please pick up your ticket at Registration if you did not get it at Bank Night).
• Gates will open at 4:30pm. Teams can set up "campsite" on turf--blankets, pillows, and tarps only!
• No coolers, chairs, tents, food, drinks, etc are allowed on the football field turf.
• Gates will be locked between 11pm & 5am.
• Teams must raise a minimum of $350 by Bank Night in order to stay the night. Note: your registration fee does not count towards your $350 minimum.
• All high school students (even if you are 18) or younger must have a Youth Participation form signed by their parent/guaridian. All High School teams (even if you are 18) must have a chaperone present at all times.
