We ask that EACH participant raise $100 to celebrate the 100th Birthday of the American Cancer Society!

As a thank you, we'll be throwing the BIGGEST Birthday Bash EVER. And guess what? It's TONIGHT!

And, we'll be honoring those who raise their $100 with Free food, free t-shirts, AND your chance to win BIG in our raffle drawings. 

How to fundraise, you ask? Well, it's really quite simple. Some easy steps are outlined below.

1.) Steps to fundraise on FACEBOOK!

• Go to My Dashboard,
• Add Your Facebook App.
• This will bring Facebook up 
• Accept their terms
• Then it will let you choose from a few options on what you want to post online!

2.) Online Fundraising Steps!

Step 1:

When you're signed in, click "My Personal Page' under "View/Edit' under "My Tools."

• Click "Edit my page name' to personalize your page title.
• Click "Edit my story' and add more about why you are participating. And, make it personal!
• Click "Upload Photos/Video' to upload a personal photo, or even add a YouTube URL
• Click the "Save" button in each section when done

Step 2:

To add names and emails into your address book:

• Click "Compose an Email" under "Send a Message" in the "My Tools" section of the My Relay Dashboard
• You can choose to "Import Contacts" from a file, or from an external email client by clicking on your preferred provider and following the online steps for uploading
• Or, you can "Add contact" manually (copy/paste) in your address book

Step 3:

Send emails to friends and family

• Click "Compose an email" under "My tools/Send a message" to enter a message
• If you need some help, you can choose a type of email to start with from the "Select a Template" list
• If you set up an address book, click "Choose from your contact list" and check the names you would like to appear in the "TO" field of the screen
• If you did not set up an address book, you may type (or copy/paste) addresses in the address block
• Customize the message with the reason you are involved, or create your own message
• You can review previous messages under "Sent Emails"

Step 4:

• View "my progress" in the Relay Dashboard to see (or edit) you personal goal. View donations received under "My Donations" or "Enter offline donations" as well

By clicking links under "My Tools" in the center of the page, you can make a donation to yourself, edit your profile, update your registration information, and find other great fundraising ideas

The journey to end cancer starts with a single step. The American Cancer Society invites you to take that step with us by joining the global Relay For Life movement. When you walk to end cancer at a Relay event, it's your opportunity to not only honor cancer survivors and remember loved ones lost, but also to raise awareness about what we can do to stay well from cancer and raise money to help fuel the world's largest walk to end cancer.
