How Can Employees Help Fight Cancer?
By forming Relay For Life teams at the local level, by volunteering their time to help at the event and by carrying out fundraising activities to support the American Cancer Society we can all fight cancer! Where Does the Money Go?
The American Cancer Society provides funding for a wide range of services including research, education and treatment counseling for cancer patients, their families and medical professionals around the globe.

How Do I Get Involved?
Click on “Find an Event” and enter your zip code to sign up for a Relay For Life near you. Be sure to select UnitedHealthcare in the selection of National Team Program corporations. Once you register your team and raise $100, your team will be added to the UnitedHealthcare team listing.

After Your Event
Track your hours on VolunteerMatch! If you volunteer 30 hours per year, the Company will contribute $200 to an eligible non-profit organization of your choice. Please visit UnitedHealthcare's VolunteerMatch site to record your volunteer time, including Relay for Life participation. By tracking at least one hour of volunteer time, you will also be entered in our quarterly incentive drawing. Ten winners are selected each quarter to receive a $100 donation on his/her behalf to an eligible charity.
