Thank you for your interest and support for this very important cause. This is the first year that WellPoint has participated nationwide in Relay For Life and been recognized through the National Team Program. We are thrilled about the difference that our employees and their friends and families across the country can make in the fight against cancer.

How Can Employees Help Fight Cancer?
By forming Relay For Life teams at the local level, by volunteering their time to help at the event, and by carrying out fund-raising activities to support the American Cancer Society.

Where Does the Money Go?
The American Cancer Society provides funding for a wide range of services including research, education and treatment counseling for cancer patients, their families and medical professionals around the globe.

How Do I Get Involved?
Click on “Find an Event” enter your zip code and sign up for a Relay For Life near you. Be sure to select WellPoint listed in the selection of National Team Program corporations. Please make sure you follow the naming convention that incorporates WellPoint when you are setting up your team as a Team Captain.
