 As a Team Captain, when you sign up a team, you will be committing to participate in fundraising during the timeframe mentioned above, as well as committing to taking part in the final Relay weekend, July 17-18, 2010. During that final weekend, you will be responsible for building and decorating a team "campsite," at the Relay For Life event in July.
You are agreeing to work with a Team Mentor that will be assigned to you. Your mentor will be your point of contact for ALL questions you may have, and they will see that you get any information you need throughout the fundraising season. Please indicate below that you understand what your commitments will be.
