Relay For Life Incentive Programs
The Relay For Life Incentive Program recognizes a select group of
Relayers who are committed to achieving extraordinary results in
fundraising for Relay For Life events in Florida.
category of top fundraisers was created to give the American Cancer
Society the opportunity to thank and recognize those individuals and teams who go
above and beyond in their efforts to help fight cancer.
It’s easy to become a Member of the Incentive Program. Sign up online to participate in your local Relay For Life event and then customize your personal Web page explaining why Relay For Life is important to you. Utilize your Participant Center to send emails to
friends, family members, and coworkers, asking for their financial
support. When you or your team achieves a specific fundraising level, you will be eligible for one of the Incentive Programs mentioned below. Offline donations of cash and check will help you qualify as well!
Individual Fundraising Club Program
The Individual Fundraising Club Program was developed to motivate and award volunteers for fundraising excellence and commitment to Relay For Life. The levels begin with the Rising Star (minimum of $100) and go all the way up to $10,000 or more, the Purple Level. Team Fundraising Club Program
The Team Fundraising Club program was developed to provide team recognition at the event and in your community for your fundraising achievements. You will be presented a Club Sign when you reach the Fundraising Club Level - Bronze ($2.500). Each time your team reaches another level, a sticker will be provided to update your sign - even during the event! The levels begin with the Rising Star (minimum of $1,000) and go all the way up to $100,000 or more, the Purple Level. Star Supporter Program
The Star Supporter Program recognizes participants who individually raise $1,500 or more for Relay For Life. Each Star Supporter will be recognized during the Opening Ceremony and will be awarded a special Relay For Life Tshirt. Team Challenger Program
Any participant that recruits a NEW team with 12 - 15 members will be eligible to receive an exclusive Team Challenger jacket. Along with recruiting a new team, you'll also need to ensure the team submits their registration and commitment fees to qualify for the prize. 2011 T-Shirt Program
The T-Shirt program recognizes survivors, team captains, top participants and committee members for their fundraising achievements and dedication to Relay For Life. Participants who raise $100 or more receive an event T-shirt. In an effort to recognize our top teams, the top 5 teams who raised $5,000 or more for each event from 2010 will be featured as Teams of Excellence on the back of the participant T-shirts.
