• Pictures say a thousand words - and the Manhattan Beach Relay site has tons from the 2011 event.


• Relay of Upland encourages everyone to continue fundraising until the end of the fiscal year while Relay For Life of Tulare announces a fun fundraising challenge online.


• Reminding us of why we Relay, the Ramona Web site highlights a cancer survivor with her story.


• Relay For Life of Hacienda Heights takes advantage of the 2011 Web site to announce the 2012 event date!

Continue Relaying with Post-Event Fundraising

Has your Relay taken it's last lap in 2011? While the big day has passed, your community can continue to fundraise.

To continue making a difference in the fight against cancer, ask your Relayers to do 3 things following the event:

1. Update their personal pages: Post their inspiring moments and a picture from the Relay. Add the names of their donors on this page to show their appreciation.
2. Send a thank you note to all their donors (again) and point them to their updated personal page to see what their name and what their donation helped to achieve.
3. Send a final donation ask email to anyone who did not donate or new contacts. Point them to their personal page to see what others have helped to do and there's still time to donate!
